These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pej63 platform, including its online casino, sportsbook, slots, and all associated account and payment services. Please read them carefully before creating a pej63 account or placing any wager.

All pej63 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonuses are all processed in Rupiah. No currency conversion is applied when using supported Indonesian payment channels.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. These requirements are stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms. Bonus abuse constitutes a breach of these Terms.
pej63 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals or as part of routine compliance checks. Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in withdrawal delays.
Fraud, collusion, use of prohibited software, chargebacks, and money laundering are strictly prohibited on pej63. Accounts found engaging in any prohibited activity will be terminated and reported to the relevant authorities.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 21 years of age to open a pej63 Account and to place any wager on the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. pej63 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
The pej63 Platform is operated for and directed at players in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the pej63 Platform complies with laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You confirm that you are not under any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from entering into these Terms & Conditions and using the pej63 Platform.
Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of pej63 and its affiliated entities, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to open a player Account or participate in any promotional offer on the Platform.
When registering a pej63 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
Each player is permitted to hold one and only one active pej63 Account. You must not open or operate multiple accounts under different names or identities, or allow another person to use your Account. pej63 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pej63 may merge them, suspend them, or close all associated accounts and forfeit any outstanding balances.
Upon registration, pej63 will send a verification code to your registered email address or Indonesian mobile number. You must complete this verification step to activate your Account. Unverified Accounts may be subject to restricted functionality, including an inability to make withdrawals.
You are responsible for keeping your Account information current. If any of your registered details change, you must update your Account promptly. pej63 bears no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account details, including delays in identity verification caused by outdated information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pej63 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pej63 staff will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
You agree to notify pej63 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. pej63 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials or from your sharing of credentials with third parties.
pej63 recommends using a strong, unique password of at least 10 characters and avoiding the use of the same password across multiple services. Accessing your pej63 Account over a public Wi-Fi network is done at your own risk.
pej63 accepts deposits from the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah. pej63 does not accept deposits in any other currency and does not apply currency conversion.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. pej63 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to players. The current minimum deposit amount will always be displayed in the pej63 Account cashier.
Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are typically processed within minutes during standard Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) banking hours. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally processed instantly. Processing times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to factors outside pej63's control.
You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. pej63 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Where a third-party deposit is identified, pej63 reserves the right to reverse the transaction, suspend the Account, and conduct a full KYC review before releasing any funds.
pej63 does not charge fees on deposits made through supported Indonesian payment channels. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which pej63 bears no responsibility.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. pej63 reserves the right to request that withdrawals be processed to a bank account in the Player's registered name where other channels are unavailable or unsuitable.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 to 48 hours during standard WIB business hours, subject to successful completion of any applicable KYC verification and bonus wagering requirements. Processing times may be longer during Indonesian public holidays or periods of high volume.
pej63 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of bonus wagering requirements, or investigation of suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity. Where a withdrawal is withheld for compliance reasons, pej63 will notify the Player and provide an estimated resolution timeline where possible.
pej63 may apply per-transaction or per-period withdrawal limits. Current withdrawal limits are displayed in the pej63 Account cashier. pej63 reserves the right to amend withdrawal limits with reasonable notice.
All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other promotional credits issued by pej63 are subject to individual promotion terms, including wagering requirements (also known as playthrough requirements), minimum odds, eligible game restrictions, and expiry dates. These individual terms are displayed in full on the pej63 promotions page and within each offer's terms at the time of opt-in.
Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in each offer's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the bonus expiry date will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
Unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, only one bonus offer may be active on a Player's Account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses not explicitly permitted under a specific promotion's terms constitutes bonus abuse.
pej63 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk matched bets to exploit bonus terms, and coordinated play designed to extract value from promotions without genuine engagement. Where bonus abuse is identified, pej63 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the offending Account.
pej63 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Material changes to an ongoing promotion affecting a Player who has already opted in will be communicated by the pej63 support team.
All casino games offered on the pej63 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In cases of dispute between a Player and pej63 regarding game outcomes, the pej63 system logs and the relevant game provider's server records shall be the definitive source of truth.
Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing processes using certified equipment managed by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, or Ezugi, as applicable. Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engines. pej63 does not modify game outcomes and has no mechanism to influence the result of any certified game round.
Sports betting markets on the pej63 Sportsbook are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; BWF for badminton; FIM for MotoGP; the relevant MPL operator for e-sports). In cases of incomplete events, bet settlement follows the pej63 Sportsbook rules applicable to that sport and market type.

pej63 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account engaged in prohibited conduct and to forfeit all balances in such Accounts. pej63 will cooperate with law enforcement authorities in connection with any prohibited conduct that constitutes a criminal offence.
pej63 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. As part of this programme, pej63 may request the following documents from any Player at any time:
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions being placed on the Account. pej63 will not process withdrawal requests from an Account that has not satisfactorily completed KYC verification. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with the pej63 Privacy Policy.
pej63 is committed to promoting responsible gambling behaviour. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible directly from the Player Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

All content on the pej63 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, button designs, and page layouts, is the property of pej63 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any pej63 content without prior written consent from pej63.
pej63 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
pej63 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available at all times. However, pej63 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond pej63's reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pej63 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
pej63 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through wagering on the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that all wagers placed on pej63 may result in a financial loss. pej63 does not guarantee any particular outcome or level of return on any wager.
Game content provided by third-party studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) is operated and managed by those studios. pej63 does not accept liability for errors or malfunctions originating within third-party game software, though pej63 will liaise with the relevant provider on behalf of affected Players where appropriate.
pej63 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players by email to their registered address or by a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the pej63 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your Account and withdraw your balance prior to the effective date.

pej63's decisions on matters of game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account conduct, and identity verification are final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution procedure under pej63's licensing conditions.
